Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

Custom or personalized jewellery (e.g., engraved items or made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-designed pieces: These are made to your specifications and are non-returnable unless defective.

Sale or discounted items: These are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange. In case of exchanges, the item must be in its original, unused condition.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Please reach out to us at sales@saanvijewellery.com or call us at ‪+91 9509788554‬ within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged, along with all original tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or an error occurred during shipment.

Shipping the Return: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only.

If you used a discount code or received a promotion on your order, the refunded amount will reflect the price you paid after the discount.

Defective or Damaged Items

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once a custom or personalized piece is in production, cancellations will not be accepted.
