Shipping Times
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom-designed jewellery may take longer to create, depending on the complexity of the piece. We will always inform you of the estimated processing time at the time of purchase.
Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time varies depending on your location:
Domestic Orders (within India): 3-7 business days.
International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and any customs processing delays.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates, and we do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout, based on the destination and order size. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Packaging
Each order is carefully packed in high-quality, secure packaging to protect your jewellery during transit. We include all necessary documentation to ensure that your items arrive safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@saanvijewellery.com or +919549326886 . We will assist you in resolving the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund, based on the circumstances.
For missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges or delays incurred.
Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)
Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping cost, and customers are responsible for paying any customs charges.
Customs Delays: Occasionally, international orders may be delayed due to customs processing. Unfortunately, we have no control over such delays.
